Beginner's Workshop
The perfect workshop to get you started in the hot room
Our Beginner’s Workshop is the perfect way to try hot yoga without the pressure of not knowing what to do, when to breathe, which limbs to lift up and actually understanding what the teaching is telling you!
We’ll teach you the fundamentals of hot yoga that will allow you to make the most out of future classes and begin to feel the benefits of a regular practice. Workshops are led by our fully qualified teachers who will look after you. You’re in safe hands and you’ll be learning in a supportive and fun environment with others who are also new to the hot studio.
We’re confident that once you get into the swing of it you’ll be hooked!
