Our beautiful studio is almost ready to re-open! We’ve missed it so much and can’t wait to welcome you back in very soon!
We have been working hard to freshen up the studio and make necessary changes to ensure we are compliant with government guidelines. The safety of our staff, teachers and students is our priority so please head to the COVID-19 page for full info on what we have done and what we expect from you when you visit our studio.
Classes will be live and bookable from Wednesday 22nd July but you can view our re-opening timetable before then, just head to the timetable page.
JOIN US AT HOME IF YOU CAN’T JOIN US IN THE STUDIO
If you’re not quite ready to return to the heat keep your practise going with our on-demand classes. From this weekend you will be able to buy an ‘On-Demand’ class pass to access a large library of pre-recorded classes that we have been live streaming during our closure period.
Friday 24th July will be our last live online class until we have settled back in to the studio and decide whether we bring them back, but in the meantime, head to the library and get your yoga or Pilates fix in the comfort of your own home.

Rise & Flow
Start every day the right way with our Rise & Flow class, live streamed or recorded and available on-demand whilst the studio is closed.
A fluid vinyasa style flow session that will begin with pranayama breathing and a gentle floor based warm up. Move up on to your feet and flow through a series of sun salutations that will naturally move into a slow flow focusing on movement with breath. End the class with a deep stretch and relaxation…what a great way to start or end your day if you’re watching back via a recorded class.

Introducing the fabulous Chloé. Join her online for Rise & Flow in the mornings, Flow & Go on certain evenings and you’ll find some recorded gentle Candlelit Yoga classes in the library online.
