Rise & Flow
Start every day the right way with our Rise & Flow class, live streamed daily whilst the studio is closed.
A fluid vinyasa style flow session that will begin with pranayama breathing and a gentle floor based warm up. Move up on to your feet and flow through a series of sun salutations that will naturally move into a slow flow focusing on movement with breath. End the class with a deep stretch and relaxation…what a great way to start or end your day if you’re watching back via a recorded class.
